*Mounting parts: ARB awnings only come with a screw set that only works with the ARB roof rack (very minimalist).
Tip for Batch No.:
ARB requires the so-called Batch No., which is affixed to the carton, for complaints. Usually, one does not keep this and the number is lost. However, there is a sewn-on field on one of the outer corners of the awning fabric that begins with "Batch No.:" and on which you can write down the number with a waterproof pen. This means the number is always at hand. This may reduce waiting times and avoid further hassle.
