Awnings up to and including 2.0 m and accessories are shipped as a parcel – delivery in 2–4 business days. Awnings from 2.5 m, as well as hard-shell and wall-mounted awnings, are delivered by a freight forwarder in 4–8 business days: curbside delivery, with telephone notification – please provide a phone number when ordering.

The specific shipping method can be found on each product page. For deliveries to Austria and the EU, the delivery time is extended by 2–3 business days.

All awnings are shipped free of charge within Germany – regardless of whether they are sent by parcel or freight forwarder. Accessories (side walls, tent rooms, brackets, nets, etc.) cost €4.99 and are free of charge for orders over €50.

You have a 30-day right of return – in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Simply contact us; returns are straightforward. The goods should be unused and in their original packaging.
