How long does delivery take?
Awnings under 2 m and accessories are delivered in 2–4 business days; larger awnings are shipped by freight carrier in 4–8 business days.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over €50. Below that, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
How are large awnings delivered?
Bulky awnings are shipped by freight carrier. The carrier will usually contact you in advance to arrange a delivery appointment.
Do you also ship to other EU countries?
Yes, we ship within the EU. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.
Do I get a tracking number?
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you the tracking information by email.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay by PayPal, credit card, Klarna and purchase on account.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, purchase on account is available at checkout.
Is installment payment possible?
You can conveniently pay for your order in installments via Klarna.
How is the awning mounted?
Installation is on roof racks, rails or adapter bars – usually in under 20 minutes with two people.
Which vehicles do the awnings fit?
They are suitable for vans, motorhomes, and panel vans, and can be mounted on common roof rack systems using brackets and adapters.
Do I need additional brackets?
That depends on your carrier system. You can find suitable mounts and adapters in the accessories – we'll be happy to advise you if you have any questions.
Are the awnings waterproof?
All models are water-repellent and UV-resistant (UPF 50+).
How wind resistant are the awnings?
With the included guy ropes and storm lines, they stand stable. In strong winds, the awning should be retracted as usual.
What material are the awnings made of?
The fabric is made of robust ripstop polyester with a water-repellent coating, and the frame is made of aluminum.
How do I clean the awning?
Ideally, use lukewarm water, a mild cleaning agent, and a soft brush. Allow to dry completely before packing.
Can the awning stay permanently on the vehicle?
Yes, most models are designed for permanent installation and are protected by a cover when closed.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to return your purchase. Contact our support team, and we'll take care of the rest.
Is there a warranty on the awnings?
Depending on the manufacturer, we offer up to 2 years warranty on the frame and fabric.
What should I do if there's damage during shipping?
Please report visible damage to our support with photos within 48 hours if possible – we will quickly find a solution.
