Extensive protection and freestanding functionality
The side awning is designed to be used freestanding, offering maximum flexibility and comfort outdoors. With two support poles included in the scope of delivery, the awning also provides stable support and protection during heavier rain. You are therefore perfectly prepared for your next outdoor adventure, whether on the beach, in the forest or in the mountains.
Lightweight & robust
Despite its low weight of 18.95 kg, the 270° Awning Horizon features a robust frame that withstands the elements. The balance between lightness and stability makes it the ideal accessory for your vehicle.
Dimmable lighting
A special highlight are the dimmable LED lights, which are integrated into the awning's arms and provide pleasant lighting in the evening hours. The LED lights are operated by a power bank (not included), which can be conveniently stored in the designated side pocket.
Practical accessories available
The new 270° Awning Horizon can be complemented with practical accessories: to create generous space or even more protection from bad weather conditions, the awning can be equipped with side walls, which are supplied with additional support poles. Also available is the new organizer, which offers practical storage space for smaller items and keeps your outdoor equipment within reach and organized.
Mounting on the roof rack
The side awning is compatible with the ExRoof roof rack as well as with roof racks from other providers. A universal awning bracket is included in the scope of delivery, which can be seen in the product images. The screws can be moved horizontally as desired and adjusted precisely to your roof rack. A sketch of the supplied universal awning bracket can be found here. Mounting on roof racks with T-slots, which are mounted on the roof rail, is also possible. However, the T-bolts for this type of roof rack are not included in the scope of delivery. If you want to mount the awning on a horntools ExRoof roof rack, we also have an ExRoof awning bracket in our range, with which the awning is screwed both laterally and from above.
